Payment

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Please note that all prices are quoted in USD, and your bank determines the exchange rate.

Sales

Prices are subject to change without notice; however, the goods will be shipped within the specified lead time.

Lead Time

Stocked pieces dispatch in 2–3 days. Made-to-order pieces require 6–9 weeks for production. Shipping transit time is additional. Lead times are estimated from receipt of payment. Contact us to confirm availability and timing before placing your order.

Product

Each item has been made by hand. Any natural variations are considered unique and characteristic of the crafting technique utilized in making the piece. We are not responsible for variations in the color of items due to individual monitor color settings. 

Rush Orders

Orders can be rushed for a 20% fee. Rush orders require pre-approval from Marrakesh Lights, as not all items can be rushed. Rush orders typically reduce lead time in half. Rush orders must be paid in full before production can begin. No cancellations will be accepted on rush orders. Please get in touch with Marrakesh Lights for approval.

Custom Orders

Place custom orders by contacting Marrakesh Lights. Made-to-order pieces require 6–9 weeks for production, plus shipping transit time. Confirm the timeline for your custom project before ordering.

Photography

We have spent a great amount of time making our photographs as accurate as possible, from the finishes to the colors of products. However, slight variances can sometimes occur between the photographic representation and the actual product.

Returns

Marrakesh Lights does not offer refunds. Returns will be accepted within ten business days for company credit or exchange only. Items must be in original unused condition. Items must be returned intact and in original packaging. A 15% restocking fee will be applied for all returned items. No returns are accepted on sales, clearance, discontinued products, or custom orders. These items are considered a final sale. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred. Credits are valid for a period of two years from the date of issuance.

Order Cancellations

We do not accept any cancellations. We offer exchanges only. 

Damages

All damage claims must be made in writing within five business days of receipt of goods. If damage occurs in shipping, the receiver must retain all packaging. Failure to do so may invalidate any claim.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on U.S. orders placed through this site. For international orders, contact us for a shipping quote. We ship to your address via UPS, FedEx, or DHL. We are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address.

For U.S. orders, stocked pieces dispatch in 2–3 days. Made-to-order pieces require 6–9 weeks for production before dispatch. Estimated shipping transit is 3–7 days after dispatch.

For international orders, stocked pieces dispatch in 2–3 days. Made-to-order pieces require 6–9 weeks for production before dispatch. Estimated shipping transit is 5–14 days after dispatch; customs clearance may add time. Contact us for a shipping quote and destination-specific timing.

Customs and duties are the responsibility of the receiver.

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, misstatement of your shipping address, damages during shipment, or your destination's customs.
