How do I place an order?

Browse our lighting collection, open a product page and review its dimensions, finish and availability before ordering. For custom sizes or project requirements, contact Marrakesh Lights before purchase.

Which payment methods and currency do you use?

We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. The available payment options are shown at checkout.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Our policy does not allow cancellations. Confirm all measurements, finishes and delivery details before ordering. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Marrakesh Lights offers free shipping on U.S. orders placed through this website. For international delivery, contact us for a shipping quote. Customs and duties are the recipient’s responsibility.

When will my order arrive?

Timing depends on availability, production and destination. For U.S. in-stock orders, our current policy allows 3–4 business days for processing and 3–7 days for delivery. Made-to-order items generally require 6–8 weeks for production and delivery. These are estimates, not guarantees; confirm the product’s current lead time before ordering.

What if my delivery is delayed or missing?

Contact us with your order number and shipping details. Review our shipping terms for international timing and other delivery information.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Marrakesh Lights does not offer refunds. Eligible returns are accepted within 10 business days for company credit or exchange only. Items must be unused, intact and in their original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies, and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Which items are final sale?

Sale, clearance, discontinued and custom-order items cannot be returned. Credits are valid for two years from issuance. Please read our Terms & Conditions before ordering and contact us before arranging a return.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Report damage in writing within five business days of receiving the goods. Retain all packaging and send your order number and photos to info@marrakeshlights.com.

Where are your lights made?

Our lighting is handcrafted by Moroccan artisans. Natural variations in finish and pattern are part of the handmade character of each piece.

Where can I find dimensions and materials?

Review the individual product page for listed dimensions, materials and finish. If a detail is missing or you need help with scale, contact us before ordering.

Which bulbs, voltage and installation requirements apply?

Specifications vary by fixture. Confirm bulb type, voltage, dimmer compatibility, mounting requirements and suitability for your location with us before purchase. Arrange installation with a qualified electrician.

Do you work with designers and hospitality projects?

How do I request wholesale or quantity pricing?

Review our wholesale information and contact us with the fixtures, quantities, delivery location and schedule you have in mind. Pricing and availability are confirmed for each inquiry.

Can I request a custom size or design?

Yes. Visit custom lighting and send your preferred dimensions, finish, room details and project schedule through our contact page. Custom orders must be arranged with our team before purchase.

How long does a custom order take?

Our published policy allows at least six weeks for custom production, with timing calculated from receipt of payment. The design and scope can affect the schedule. Confirm your project’s current estimate before placing an order.

Are custom orders returnable or cancellable?

Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or canceled. Review all specifications carefully and read our Terms & Conditions before ordering.
